Refund Policy

At Trinity CEH, we strive to provide reliable and effective technology solutions in the pursuit of truth and relationship clarity. Due to the sensitive and digital nature of our services, we maintain the following refund policy.

1. General Policy.

All purchases made through our platform—whether for software access, subscription services, consultations, or investigative tools—are considered final and non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in this policy or required by applicable law.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We may offer refunds under the following limited circumstances:

  • a. Technical Failures - If our systems fail to deliver a paid service due to a verified technical issue (e.g., system error, failure to activate tools), and we are unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours, you may request a full or partial refund.
  • b. Duplicate Charges - If you are mistakenly charged more than once for the same product or service, we will refund the duplicate payment(s) upon request.
  • c. Unauthorized Transactions - If you believe a charge was made without your consent, please report it within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and process a refund if verified.
  • d. Service Not Rendered - If you paid for a service that was never initiated or delivered (e.g., a scheduled consultation that was not provided), you may be eligible for a refund, minus any processing fees.

3. Non-Refundable Services

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Digital tools or services once activated or accessed.
  • Time-based subscriptions after the billing cycle has started.
  • AI-based or manual reports already generated.
  • Consultations or investigations already conducted or partially completed.
  • User dissatisfaction based on outcome (e.g., results not meeting expectations)
  • Our tools are designed to assist, not guarantee specific outcomes. As such, we do not refund based on conclusions, interpretations, or subjective impact.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used periods.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account and deny future service. We strongly encourage resolving disputes through our support team.

7. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you via email or in-app alerts.
